SLAM set out to bring next-generation fitness to Chennai — specialised training, serious equipment and coaches who know their members by name.
From the first studio on Halls Road, Kilpauk, SLAM has grown into a family of studios across Chennai, Tamil Nadu and beyond — each with an expansive floor, state-of-the-art equipment and a team that's with members at every step.
SLAM is more than a gym; it's a way of life. Functional training, bootcamp, body transformation, weight loss and weight gain — every program is run by qualified, experienced professionals and built around the member's goal.
